Tax certificate-homeloan.
How long does it take to get a tax cerrificate for my bond. I wrote to ABSA on Friday the 8th of March asking for a simple tax certificate which shouldn't take long to prepare and send. I received confirmation that the request had been received, a reference number and assurance that a consultant was dealing with my request. It's Wednesday the 13th today and still no certificate. I chased it up yesterday and got nowhere. Absa may i have my tax certificate and a better service please.
