Tax certificate home loans

I have been patient with Absa since last year! I haven’t done 2019 tax return because I have been waiting for the tax certificate from them. I called on Monday again and they told me that I will get it within 3 working days. I called again today to follow up and I’m told that they can’t pick up such a case!!! Honestly speaking I can’t wait to be done with Absa!
