Target save

<p>i have a target save with absa and i changed my pay date in September to the 15 from the last day of the month.i always get billed R150 per unpaid debit which is not my problem.because i went to the branch Brits branch and asked them to change debit date but still they continue and i get to oay the penalty of unpaid debits....it is not fair and want to cancel the target save will safe elsewhere </p>
