Taking money without permission | Banking Fee

<p>Hi</p> <p>The first instalment on my personal loan went off without credit protection because I cancelled the insurance on my loan. The second instalment on my personal loan went off with credit protection which I never reinstated. I never opted for credit protection on such a small amount of money.</p> <p>I need to know why this is happening and at the same time I want my money reimbursed (paid into my transact account).</p> <p>I have a TruSave account, its states that the minimum deposit fee must be R30 and then R8 + R1.55/R100. Why did ABSA take a R30.00 fee on my deposit I made into the account at the counter.</p> <p>This is not the first time I am having problems with ABSA bank taking my money without my permission.</p>
