Taking money out of my account!!!!!

Herewith I would like to advise anyone who banks with ABSA that they did a journal taking R2500 out of my account without my consent! They phoned me 2 weeks ago to advise me that I need to make an arrangement which I did as I am in arrears due to circumstances beyond my control. On 28 of May I have noticed that they have done a journal of R2500 after I have made an arrangement when I phoned them they said according to the system their was no note of my arrangement, but just after that they said my arrangement was not acceptable so they lie to me and taking my money!!! If they advised me that my arrangement was not good enough and that they are going to deduct such an amount of my account then I could have tried to make another plan but after I paid my other debt they took the money and I didn't even had enough to pay my rent, and worse of all my kids have to suffer because ABSA is useless and have *********** staff. fro the Past 3 months I just had problem with my account every other day my internet banking is also not working. They even sent an email admitting that my arrangement was not accepted so how can arrangement not be accepted if there never was anything on the system?????
