Taking money from your account without your consent

Good evening

I am really really getting annoyed with Absa now! My Loans are taking double debit orders which i DID not approved!! I need to pay my Homeloan and now I cant due to this!! Should i move to a different bank? As the service and the way Absa works is pathetic!!!!

How can you take debit orders without mh consent

Loan account number debit more than R 6000 - *** Amount R 2 731 AND R 4 095

URGENT REVERSE THE R 4 095!!!!

I spoke to the attorneys and they useless and said its Absa fault and not them, when I phone Absa they refer me to the attorneys!!! I made an arrange of R500 to be debited but still they took more than R7000
