Taking money even after account paid up

<p>My last debit order for a PL with absa was in January. So this month they thought it well to debit my account for the credit insurance. Why must I pay for that? I hate Absa with a passion. they just take money. worst bank ever. i dont want anything to do with this bank. they must just resolve this and get out of my life, </p>
