Taking money

So, Absa keeos on taking money from my account to a cheque account that i rdquested to be closed , I even sent a email to Rezona Louw from ABSA who did nkthing about it and just clised my comoliamt in the 2nd August, they took funds again today, well Rezona, great news a ******** case will be opened against you, and the CEO of ABSA as well. You dont respond to emails and you close unresolved cases, well nice try. You came across the wring person. You also I see still have not closed rhe acvount again I see as well.
