Taking Grant Money from the Unemployed. Customer service does not exist

Service has seriously gone backwards with this bank. It is absolutely pathetic that you can take an unemployed person's SRD R370 grant money from their account and not even have the decency to respond to two emails sent. The reference number means absolutely nothing. I have had enough of every odd cent that comes into my account being taken for whatever fee or notification that I don't even receive. You are literally taking food from the table of an unemployed person. As advised by Legal Aid, it is ******* for banks in South Africa to deduct any debit orders or fees from grant money. Seeing Absa does not have the decency to get back to its clients I will be taking this matter up with the banking Ombudsman.
