taking customers money *****ing

The bank took made an internal debt that I didn't agree on now my account is on a negative balance that was caused by them and their will still charge me for that. They bank is trying to make profit by taking people's money. They said they will fix them matter and now it's been a mont.. All I want is my money back not to be charged for theatre banks error
