Taken my money without notifying me
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I just received an sms that funds was being transferred to my personal loan account without me even knowing!</p> <p>When i go on to internet banking an amount of R 4392 was taken!!</p> <p>I do know that i am in arrears but there is a debit order going off every month i only started working again in May 2016 from last year October 2015. Since i started working in May up until now they have taken 3 payments of R 1500.00!!! So my problem is how can Absa just take my money???</p> <p> </p> <p>I did phone Absa but with no solutions, i just want my money back they can take 1500 as originally agreed on as it is going off every month!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Hein</p>

With all respect I was Unemployed from October 2015 until the 9th of May 2016 so I couldn't make arrangements.
After started working on the 9th of May the following dates there was debit orders that went off on my account.
21 May 2016 for R 1500.00
01 June 2016 for R 1500.00
So was this not being taken into account before taking the set off payment????
And now you will also be debiting my account tomorrow on the 1st of July so you are taking R5892.00!
