Taken money from my bank account

<p>I have always only received good service with ABSA. Have had my account since 2004. I have a credit card with them as well. So my installment for the month of June was R1600. I have never once defaulted on my payments since i had the account and always paid early in fact on the 15th of each month. I had a credit paid back into my credit card from a third party so i naturally assumed that i just then needed to pay the difference which i did. And then without any warning, call or authorisation from me or anything ABSA then just took the difference from my money builder savings account! I was then told that they have the right to do that! So what if the money was kept in my account for someone else. I was very dissapointed that this is how they treat a client of 13years who has NEVER defaulted on any payments in that period. If they had to call i could've then made an arrangement or paid in the difference myself!</p>
