Systems do not correlate, App says one thing and they do the exact opposite

Worst experience ever. I've had my account since being a student and I regret my decision. The App does not correlate with their system. They make deductions from Credit Card when the App tells me that I still have time to make payments. This is money that we work hard for and they just want to make a cheap buck. The system is rigged. You get a Credit Card for your Credit Score only for them to use it against you. If ai didn't have the money I would understand, but I had the money and they just deducted it. I am super annoyed with Absa. Really considering leaving them because this is just *****ing. Trash!!!

And when you call client service, zero sympathy!!! No understanding with your concerns. This is people's livelihood!!!!
