Syndicate *****ing My Money From My Bank Account

The syndicate used reference number NP_BODYLA8/ ********** 0001AH9 to debit R200 of my account. I called ABSA call center the entire morning only to listen to the ivr saying they are experiencing a high volume of calls I should call later. When I finally got through I spoke to boitumelo and Sara to ask them reverse and block this debit order cause I don't have knowledge of this they told me it cannot be done. If the people I am trusting with my money cannot protect my money ********** syndicates then I might as well bank in my own home. I feel absa has failed me as their client. Absa is not secure if some debit orders can't be reversed
