Switch to ABSA if you plan to never use technology

I moved to ABSA from a previous bank where I had a savings account now at ABSA i have an Platinum account but to my shock i am not able to use my card for online purchases but with the previous banks savings account i could so i went to ABSA and queried why this is so i was informed that you cannot buy online with and ABSA card you need an ABSA credit card or and ABSA Cheque card to be able to purchase online So i said to the lady then give me a Cheque card because my account is a cheque account to which she rep**** they can't give a card i have to apply for the card online but they cannot tell me where or how to do it so a week ago i went to ABSA's website and put in a complaint there but to this day i have had no response this is absolutely the worst service ever and now i have subscriptions not going off because i switched to ABSA and the do not allow online purchases REALLY WITH TECHNOLOGY TODAY YOU DON'T ALLOW ONLINE PURCHASES UNBELIEVABLE
