SWIFT Payment
<p>I am still waiting for the SWIFT payment I have done to reflect , The money has been deduceted from my account but still waiting for it to be credited . Please advise what is going as I cannot hold on for 30 min on the call centre lines.</p>

The date of transaction, the amount, the account debited as well as the account that shouldve been credited, how the transaction was done.
