Swallowed card

I am so dissapointend with the fact that afeter i was trying to draw money from the atm with my capitec card ,the electricity went off and my card got swallowed by the atm , i was shocked that my card would be destroyed and i have to travel a 120 km to do one ,atleast we should be warned about these things now i have to incure a cost of travelling and making a new card,to other people it can be a small amount it is not a a big inconvenience
