Suspicious *****ulent and unprofessional behavior from ABSA STUFF

My sister has passed away, and I submitted all the required documentation to ABSA to ensure that her accounts and assets are handled appropriately. I was assured that the deceased estates department would contact me, but that never happened. Instead, ABSA began reaching out to individuals, including people my sister had conflicts with, as if they were trying to locate her—even though her death certificate had already been provided.

These actions created the false impression that my sister was evading her responsibilities, leading others to believe she wasn’t paying her accounts. They even went as far as visiting her residence, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She's not alive anymore why go there

ABSA’s behavior in this matter is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
