Suspicious deductions
I am an FNB client, and I have noticed deduction from my account every month. My bank has informed met that these deductions are made by Absa Bureau Services, and that I have to contact *** to find out what it is for. I have dialled the number, but none of the options applies to me. If you wait like the voice prompt suggests, it gives some other unaplicable option and then the phone dies.
