SUSAN from Absa hillcrest

Absa themselves and their service is great. Their business sector on the other hand is unacceptable and have complete disregard for their customers. Susan from the hillcrest branch is possibly the most unhelpful person to deal with. My card awaited delivery instructions from her for more than two months, and now it does not work because there was no account appointed to the card. Now my card has been blocked by one of the absa employees trying to figure out what is going on, they have blocked my account. Susan is detrimental to the company and its operations as she is in helpful and seems so not like to have work to do and just wants to “chill” as I was instructed by her to “not call me or come to me if you need to find out where your card is otherwise I’ll have to go look for it myself” which in fact is her job to ensure customer satisfaction. It’s unacceptable and needs to be dealt with.

Reviewer Update
From the start Susan had only connected the liquidity plus account and not the debit account. And then continues to lie to my face and say “no I would have connected the two accounts” which is a complete and blatant lie as her employee downstairs had just informed me that there has never been another account connected besides the liquidity plus account. She is a **** and unhelpful. I have had MANY people express their terrible opinions on why not to use the business sector in the hillcrest branch, specifically because of Susan. I can not express enough that you will continue to lose customers due to her unwillingness to help
