SureCheck that doesn't work!
ABSA has introduced a new SureCheck system that doesn't work for some people who have the wrong phone! I have been trying to sort out the problem for two weeks. I am trying to load and pay new beneficiaries and pay them by EFT urgently - but I can't, until someone revokes this stupid SureCheck system and allows me to receive RVNs, instead. Does ABSA care? I spent an hour on the phone yesterday. Why6 can't they do this for me straight away?
