Surecheck simply does not work

The Surecheck system used by ABSA is a good Idea with a sad result. I do not get the sms's to confirm loading or paying of beneficiaries. Please make a plan. It is a huge waste of time. It has not worked correctly from the word go. If you ask the helpline to assist they tell you that you have called the wrong number only to be directed to a line where you have to wait forever. Then they try to convince you that your internet connection is faulty. Wake up.
