Surecheck pathetic security check

Firstly last month Absa bank blocked all payments without any notification because we had to update FICA, This we did and we could then pay our cheques. Then we registered for Internet banking and last week tried to do EFT payments. Firstly the \surecheck"security sms to our cell phone never came through and after numerous attempts it finally sent us the old TVN code which allowed us to continue but when the second person tried to authorize the payments it all came to a standstill and after contacting the Helpline was told that FICA had again locked our account. This was then unblocked and we finalized our payment.<br> Now today we tried to EFT some payments and again the surecheck never arrived. After numerous attempts we again contacted the helpline who informed us that they were having problems and we must just keep on trying until the sms comes through.
