SureCheck is USELESS

ABSA has this 'delightful' application called SureCheck, where a notification is sent off their site to your phone for verification purposes.<br> Out of the THIRTY, FORTY, FIFTY odd attempts at verification, it 'maybe' works ONCE!<br> Despite logging off, logging back on, coming back thirty minutes later, an hour later, trying again ... and again ... and again ... it's the SAME story ... RESEND, RESEND, RESEND, run out of attempts ... try again, try again, try again ... waste time, waste time, waste time ... and 'NOTHING'!<br> It is neither my phone nor my network, because it has been known to work ... on the 'odd' occasion.<br> I have payments to make, in this case to SARS. Ordinarily, in most cases, it doesn't matter if my payments are a bit late, but in this case I will be penalised for being tardy. <br> I am furious at this continued lack of service ... and how my time is utterly being wasted. <br> ABSA, this nonsense has been going on for months now, sort this SureCheck ******* out!<br>
