SURECHECK does not work for overseas clients!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Ever since Absa instituted their Surecheck SMS verification check-back and ***** control mechanism I have note been able to engage in ANY transactions on my account over the internet. This is most frustrating and terribly irritating to think that I cannot even use a service what I am PAYING FOR!! I am currently overseas but surely in this day and age Absa IT would PROPERLY TEST their systems before rolling out something that is quite USELESS in its current form. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been an ABSA client for over 15 years so would appreciate it if someone sorts this mess out asap.</p>
