SureCheck and Lack of Response via email and international line

I have moved to New York for university and have been using Absa for transactions and payments. I have gone to a branch (in Cape Town) to change my phone number to an international number so I can be able to use online banking to send and receive money from my family. I depend on this account because when things go sour, this is my last option of getting efficient and timely assistance. I am trying to send money over internet banking, and I have reported this to a branch, and of course SureCheck won't work while I'm overseas using my American number. I have also asked the employees at a branch in Cape Town to change my email since I couldn't do it over my computer. I made sure to do all this unnecessary branch visits before I travelled. Now, I am having issues sending money via internet banking (I don't use the app, I use my web browser if that matters). I have sent so many emails but it seems like no one is employed to answer these emails. So why include that information on contact us? On top of that, I have to buy international calling credits, as a broke university student who already struggles with the exchange rate to ask to use my own money. Please, get it together for the international folk that have a shred of trust in Absa who also pay exchange rate costs when withdrawing or simply swiping their cards. It's not like I can fly out to a branch and fix this. I am so tired of this -- it's an emergency issue because that money on my card can mean I can pay emergency medical bills. No free medical healthcare over here.

Hello Daphne, I am still awaiting a response. I went home this December and into a branch, the one in Liberty Promenade, to try and fix these issues myself. I signed a document three times stating I no longer wanted SureCheck, and that verifications should happen through my email. And I also asked to authorize payments from my card in Dubai and America. The branch emailed the relevant parties, and I also called Absa ***** to authorize payments. Currently, I just landed in New York with problems worse than when I was here. I don't know what to do anymore. I had wanted to cancel my card, but you guys convinced me my problems can be accommodated. I honestly don't know what you want me to do as a loyal banker. I can't open my online banking account because of SureCheck to a temporary South African number I had for the holidays. Let me know ASAP what you honestly think I should do because I have exhausted my options. I can forward your the emails sent to the department response for SureCheck, and you can probably listen on my calls to ***** + ********** 7557. Disappointed once more in New York,
