Sure Data

In October 2014 I received a call from an Rowena from Sure Data Provident Fund , she said Sure Data is an outsource company hired by Absa to trace people who have unclaimed provident funds. I called a few days later to confirmed that my documents were received and correct. That is when I spoke to a manager by the name of Mercia and were advised that I will receive my payout in +- 6 to 8 weeks if it is found that I still are money due. End of January 2015 I went to Absa Vereeniging to query process. It is now the fourth month and I still have not been contacted by Absa.
