Supplementary card

I currently have a credit card with absa and I went to one of their branches at Braamfontein to apply for a supplement cary card for my fiance that is link to my credit card after queuing for long they told me I need to call card department and I held for 30minutes then the Agent told me I need to do that in the branch so that shows incompetence. Then went back to client services then they told me I have to bring my payslip which I don't understand cause I'm not applying for credit I just need an additional card which state on you website an additional card its for free so why do I need to submit my payslip.<br> I sent an email to card division still no respond
