<p>I would like to compliment Thulani Papu for always having a friendly, warm and helpful way of dealing with all his clients that walk in to their branch. Yesterday I was in this branch and had to do something at the Equiries and he acknowledged and greeted me so polity as- Good day Mrs. Abrahams. This after I met him only once 3years ago at the Promenade branch where he assisted and guided me with my homeloan application. He met me only once or twice and he has never once forgot my Surname. This means a lot and also I'm applauding him for not just assisting me but also many others. Some people are born with excellent customer service and also take pride in their passion for serving others. Thulani Papu is one of those people and a great assest to your baking institution. </p>
