Superb Service

Hi<br> <br> I was in ABSA Dundee to make a deposit last week, and the bank was very busy but the staff, as little as the are, they work very hard and fast..<br> <br> You should get more tellers, As they are not enough for the amount of people in the bank<br> <br> Overall the service is this ABSA is excellent compared to the others, where the staff work like they do not have the energy.<br> <br> While I was waiting in the queue, the staff should only call a person by the name of Yasheen to assist them when there was something wrong, and they have a problem, I think all ABSA's should work like this, instead of sitting and thinking of what to do, they should ask for help, as we all don't know everything, this speeds up the process and queue.<br> <br> And there is this white lady that is always walking around taking people to deposit at the ATM, she asked me as well, but I could not, as I needed change, she is so friendly<br> <br> Thanks for making my visit to Dundee and Dundee ABSA a pleasant 1 this holiday..<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Aliya
