Super unhappy customer!

Terrible!!!!! I have been with Absa for so long! But I am so tired of things not working!

1. They update there app, then my online banking does not want to work anymore. Then I go to a branch and they fix something. I load a new beneficiary, then verification code cant be send to my device! Apparently not my registered device! After so many years!

2. I apply for a business loan! R200000. Three times! Does absa com back to me! No! Clearly they do now like new business!

So, i will be researching new personal and business banks!

I am more happy with eskom than with absa
