Super slow service

<p>i am at absa in gateway and i have never witnessed such slow service in my life. The sad thing is that the other consultant are not doing anything and i have been waiting for over an hour just to collect a card. Its not even busy but its taking sooooo long. I will never and i mean never come to this bank even if its the last one available. </p>
