Super service from absa consultants

Super excellent service recieved from two consultans at absa gateway Jenika & Romila. My name is Thato Moshime I went in the bank to get a new bank card since the one I had was swallowed by an ATM at gate way by the banking court, when I arrived at the facilities I was helped by Jenika whom helped me with the new card and advised me regarding my personal loan interest which was high. She then called her colleague Romila also a consultant which explained to me the importance of a credit card and all the benefits I could have then she also helped me to negotiate for a further low interest rate on the personal loan now instead of 27% interest originally now 16.5%. I call that super service from Johannesburg only for a vacation now I got more than that thanks to absa .
