Super employee

Nomtha Zokufa at Tygervalley branch is a true asset to your organization. She went out of her way to get my transactions done today (to close an account and reset my online banking app to work as it should). Even though Nomtha had to practically beg her colleague (telephonically) that she needed assistance from and she had to deal with the tedious “red tape” which Absa makes their customers endure (just to close an account) she made sure that I didn’t have to wait longer than is necessary. After the account was finally closed, I told her I had to queue on the other side of the bank to get my absa banking app sorted. Nomtha then assisted me with that as well, asking a colleague for help (the friendly efficient lady who was called for “override please”), as I’m assuming this is not part of Nomtha’s function. Nomtha went above and beyond, despite her (telephonic) colleague not being of much help to her. She walked to and fro, asking for help to make my dreaded visit to the bank less inconvenient. Nomtha, you’re a star! Thank you for your willingness to assist me and for attempting to make things more convenient for me.
