Super Clean ITC and Loan Declined

I went into ABSA Phoenix Plaza to apply for a loan, I have a Clean ITC and a good credit status maintaining one retail clothing account, upon fill in all the information the consultant advises that the loan was declined due to some poor excuse of me not having enough credit on my name??? Are you guys serious??? I am managing the credit that I have and not getting myself into unnecessary debt is this not a good thing??? Must I get myself drowned in Debt in order for ABSA to approve a Loan to its clients??? I cannot believe that this is the type of credit behavior ABSA is promoting, I needs someone that is in a senior role to contact me regarding this!!! Extremely Disappointed!!!
