Sundry Item Charges

Having reviewed my account statement, I noted that there is a variable amount named "Sundry Item", ranging from R250 in one month to R4 822 in some months. I further reviewed the agreement I have with the bank but I could not pick up what is the sundry items amount for and I could not establish what is it based on, hence the varying amounts.

I have communicated this with ABSA accounts department, two months ago, however as at today, I have not received any response.
