summons and warrant of execution issued against me

I dont know if im venting or crying but im just going to write my personal experiene since ive been told its too late for me and nothing or no one is going to help me after this so maybe my experience might help another person who knows. ive been banking with Absa for 17 years now buying my first house when i was 22 and heavily pregnant. years passed then i bought 2 vehicles with Absa and like any person life happened. late last year and this year has been extremely rough for me so i fell back on my vehicle repayment however i kept constant communication with the bank that i currenty do not have a salary however i will make means to make payments. so i made payment arrangements with the bank and their attorneys Macroberts and ocourse the bank would demand a high lumpsum for payment and being a mother of 5 that is a breadwinner i tried to negotiate reasonable payments for 6 months. i then made payments and communicated and sent POPs, from Feb 2024, my account was 3 months in arrears, i pushed the payment, then i received a summons and the summons said i never had a payment arrangement nor did i ever communicate with the bank and the attorneys, i rep**** to the email and referencing the summons and told them that ive always spoke to the bank and the summons is incorrect. so obviously you are a client and a person that couldnt lawyer up and send a notice to defned summons or what they call it i didnt do that as i communicated. so my account was always between 2 to 4 months arrears, in August it was 2 months arrears then i failed to make payment in September and i communicated as well however come October i paid but a warrant of execution was issued against me in the quickest form ever.

i tried to understand why is that so, maybe im a woman or im illerate to understand the law or yes maybe i was too late in realising what i could have done to prevent this. however all i can say is im disappointed, it was my first time and all i can say is i cant wait to pay off everything i have with ABSA and just move to another bank where i will not be treated unfairly. yes i owed the bank, i communicated i really tried but if u owe 3 months your car is gone which is well within their rights and they can cook the summons saying you NEVER spoke to the bank to please their narritive to get a warrant of execution so that by the time the warrant arrives everyone tells you that there is absolutely nothing you can do and it is TOO LATE. do i have money for lawyers No.. id rather prioritise the debt and feeding my family. thanks again ABSA.
