Sudden unfami**** debit order on my Cheque Account - Ongoing debit order **** NO HELP from ABSA

<p>I noticed a new debit order on my account. The Reference is: INSURANCE WMV: Ref Number. A quick search on the net indicated that this is indeed Absa Bureau Services 1 User. Similar challenges by others resulted in struggles to get their funds returned. I stopped the debit order and reversed it.. still need to see if it works. How did this happen? I did not sign or authenticate this debit order. Please assist us to return our funds Absa.</p>
