Nomsisi Radebe negotiated a better rate for me, provided a Quotation and a 'dummy' quote in record time but then, sadly, the entire process slowed down to a snails-pace when Nomsisi Radebe was instructed to stop her dealings with me because the application was initiated by some other AVAF representative in Cape Town.
