Substandard Service

Our Sons' NATIS documentation was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 16 October 2024. ABSA Finance contacted our son in The Sultanate of Oman regarding the delivery & he instructed that the delivery should be to me (Father), using my I.D. Number. Delivery was refused, even though a copy of the Power of Attorney was produced. NO FURTHER RESPONSE EVEN WHEN AN ASSURANCE WAS PROVIDED.
