Subject: Query Regarding Unauthorised Additional Account Fees
I noted an unknown fee of R1.50 on 5 August 2026 and another fee of R1.20 on 6 August 2026. These charges are in addition to my monthly account fee of R150.
This brings the total fees charged to R152.70. Please provide a detailed explanation of what the R1.50 and R1.20 charges relate to, and confirm whether these fees were correctly app**** to my account.
If these charges were not authorised or applicable, please reverse them and provide confirmation as discussed no response received to date.
