Stupid security questions

Hi ABSA I just got asked a security question by your call center while making a query that when like this: "Sir did you own a business called S...c...SC... sorry sir I cannot pronounce the name." because I could not answer this stupid question the authorisation failed. Who the hell is coming up with these **** security questions?
