Stupid security questions
I hate these stupid security questions they ask me to validate me. I do not care how long I have had a credit card with a company. It is not important to me. Furthermore that information is not readily available on my credit card statement, and lo and behold, Virgin Money can't tell me because is it's security question to access my account.
For as long as you ask me questions I do not know the answer to, you can forget about my business.
Closing my account today.
