I was at hayfields today to get a settlement amount for a study loan. Mdu was extremely rude to me. I did not understand the print out I asked what reference number must I use. He shouted back. Looking as the computer screen while talking to me. Plz bring back the lady that used to work there. She was very food and professional. Very patient with customers.
