Student loan settle over a simple phone call

Thanks Refiloe Lamola for Hatfield Student loan branch. The only person in ABSA that was will to assist closing my student loan after more than a weeks struggle to get hold of someone. Also she was willing to go the extra mile to discuss this easy transaction over the phone where other colleges believed they need to verify me in person to complete the transaction. I would have agreed with the other colleges if I wanted to made a loan, however I wanted to PAY my loan. Also this process cost R100 extra in interest and more than R100 airtime because none of your toll free numbers are actually free of charge. Thanks again Refiloe Lamola, you are one of those employees that will make ABSA great again.
