Student loan queries not resolved

I have a student loan with ABSA that I have been paying for the past few years. My father, the guarantor recently passed away and I need to know what will happen to the loan especially if it had some sort of credit life or if it will go to the estate or if it will be transferred to me. I have called ABSA numerous times and I get transferred from one department to the other as no one knows what they are doing and my calls eventually get dropped. I feel like I am trying to get to Mars because the effort of getting answers is so painful. Where do they think I get the airtime from only to be placed on hold? I have been a long standing customer of ABSA from cheque accounts, car finance, personal loans to study loans yet their service never improves. ABSA I think it`s time I move my business elsewhere, is it that hard to get assistance from you?
