Student Loan not being Paid Out

I have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and I am currently busy with my Masters degree in Industrial Engineering. I app**** for a student loan on 4 January 2015, and it was promises that the loan will be paid out in 30 days if approved. Corrie du Toit was called at least every second day and kept on promising feedback about the loan approval. Only after complaining and after two and a halve months time did we receive feedback from Corrie du Toit after several empty promises. The loan was eventually approved and Corrie again promised feedback and the loan would have been paid out three weeks ago but still no feedback and no money. Every time Corrie was called she promised to call back on the same day but never did. All we asked for was date that the loan would pay out and for once her word would be kept. When we called her last, she claimed that she had lost the contract after it had been approved and after it should have be finalized 21 days ago. This loan is necessary for study fees and rent. Please Help ! I've already asked Hello Peter to help and the loan was approved.
