Student Loan from Hell

I recently got an extension on my wife's student loan. Everything went fine until it came to the payout when the lady who helped me (Corlett Johnson) accidentally paid the money from my check account into the university of pretoria's account. <br> <br> This left my account at -24,240. I wasn't too mad once I realized it was a fairly honest mistake.<br> <br> After nearly two hours on the phone with different departments yesterday (the 12th) I finally reached Corlett and she apologized and told me she'd correct the matter. She sent me another proof of payment and I then told her that the document reflected exactly the same thing (My account -> Tukkies).<br> <br> She said no she actually made the correct payment but sent me the wrong proof by accident. She then sent me another proof of payment for the correct transaction (My loan account -> My account).<br> <br> Last night, another payment went through (the one that would correct everything) but again, it was my account to tukkies. <br> <br> I am sitting at an account balance of -57,000 now and nobody is at the payouts department this weekend to help me. <br> <br> What a huge *****-up what an *********** consultant.
