Student loan contract

<p>I have signed a study loan contract with Absa and the money was paid to the university of Witswatersrand already. I need a copy of the contract and phoned the student loans department on 22 August to be told to phone the complaints centre to lodge a request for the contract. I found this strange but did this anyway. I was told that it would take 3 days to get a copy of this contract.( Ref - ********** ). I got a call from the university of Johannesburg asking what my complaint was about. I really don't understand why it's so hard to send me this? I really do need it ugently!</p>
