Student Loan Account not closed and still debited

Hi,<br> <br> I've settled my student account already at the beginning of January 2015, this was based on the a settlement value received from a student bureau of Absa in Johannesburg. The settlement amount was paid on the same day on 15 Jan 2014. The account has still not been closed and the debit order for the monthly amount was again deducted. I want this refunded in full NOW and the account closed immediately!!
